Exporting from Photoshop CS2 to Flash8
What is the best quality format to export photos and illustrations from Photoshop to Flash. I've exported pictures using PNG and "Save for Web" JPG, but the quality still isn't good once in Flash and exported of an swf file.

what are your compression settings in flash ? You can use the imported image data from photoshop , you can apply your own , or you can use lossless compression in flash. You can also allow smoothing on graphics which i find helpful on things that animate and have minimal amounts of text. you could also try putting _quality = "BEST" on the first frame of your timeline or in an include.

I changed the compression settings, and the picture quality of my illustration and photos are now how I want them. Thanks for your advice.
