i am making a multimedia (yearbook) for a presentation to my boss.. as i published my multimedia into an exe.. ive notice that the menu bar are still there.. is there a way to remove it?? i only want the window without menu bar.. i hate seeing the close, minimized and restore button.. pls help..

You need to invest in a commercial Flash wrapper to have the option to remove them (SWF Studio, Zinc,mProjector,SwishStudio,etc) or if cost is a factor you can use AIR (Adobe) but it's in beta and not really ready to base commercial distributions on (until they remove the beta install screens it tends to scare the crap out of clients )

With a wrapper you have the option of hiding controls and borders or create a completely chromeless application if you want. Your need is one of many that justify why these programs exist and why people buy them

or since it's an exe you could just turn the full screen command on. don't know what you're using it for, but if it's like a presentation on a local machine, that's what i'd do.

I think the icon that you are referring to is SWF Studio which is a great product...my favorite of all the 3rd party applications.
