flash designer required for small project

Hi flash masters

I am looking to design a mosaic themed site but after deciding how i want it, ive come to a little problem - raised animated buttons. I am not great on flash, i just know how to do basic stuff and changes. I am looking for someone to design for me. Obviously i am willing to make a nice payment for the right design. Most pages will have a section of my mosaic artwrk as the background. There will be pieces of this artwork that will appear brighter and slightly raised. I want these pieces to hover or raised so it looks smooth and realistic but only on mouse click. I am looking to pay $40usd/page but the better the work the more the pay. Need this urgently.
