Stumped on embedding bold outlines

Hi,

I understand that you have to have a text field which has some bold characters in it?

Well I have two text fields that have upper case, lower case, punctuation and numerals added. I have set the text fields to bold and typed a few characters into the fields. They only do bold. I can't select some characters as bold and some as non bold!

The text is still invisible though?

try turning auto kern off, select render as html text from the properties window for your specific text field.

txt.htmlText = "<b>hello</b> hello";
