    swf2gif

    hi..
    im looking for a (small) swf2gif-tool (freeware or GPL) for windows os. Does anyone know something? Would be nice.

    thanks.. i know this software.. it records the screen --> swf or avi
    but: im looking for the other way.. swf --> gif..

    If there's no ActionScript involved, why not output to *.gif from within Flash?

    .. because i don't have it.
    And what i want isn't the most complicated thing - but i haven't the time to programm it myself.. there must be something free - but i only find shareware etc.. I don't look for Adobe Flash..

    Hi,

    to be honest, I dont think that swf to image is simple - unless you restrict what the swf can do...
    I would assume that the best way is to use genuine flash player and capture its output - of course I have no idea how to accomplish that in windows

    hi..
    now i use Magic swf2gif but it works only 2 weeks for free- they say
    hmm.. the only thing i want is capture (without actionscript) frames and output to gif..
    2 other possible ways are
    1) capture to single-frames --> make a gif
    2) capture to avi (2nd post) --> make a gif

    BUT im looking for one programm, that makes this for me.. can't belive that doesn't exist..
