have to click twice on flash file in I.E.

Hi -

It seems that the first time I click on the flash menu, only a border appears around the whole swf movie, then I have to click a second time for anything to happen.. what's that about and how do i fix it?

There is a good reason that that happens and it's because of microsoft and a legal battle. But without the history... there are lots of ways to fix it. You can use swfObject:

Or you can write your own .js file to embed it. Anyway, those two links will explain it and both work great.
