    [F8] client side image resize

    Hi, I have got flash uploading images to a server fine with this tutorial. But I am wondering if I can get it to resize the images locally before uploading them, to save the upload times.

    Nope. Can't do anything to the files you're uploading. You can check their size and stop ones that are too big if you want.

    you can't resize the images untill they are uploaded to your webserver...once they are uploaded to the webserver then flash can resize them.
