Dreamweaver Remote Info not saving/ copy/paste not working??

For some reason Dreamweaver 8 has stopped saving my login and password information for accessing my FTP in the Remote Info section of the site definition. I have to enter it in manually each time, even if i have "save" checked. This is happening with both my work and home installations of Dreamweaver 8

Re-installing hasn't helped. Anyone else experiencing this?

Also, my home installation of Dreamweaver 8, seems to have lost the functionality of being able to CUT and PASTE in both the code and design views. The words "copy" and "paste" are even greyed out at times. Trying ctrl+c seems to focus the program on the Files window when it is open, don't know if thats related.

Again, reinstalling doesn't help.
