[game] 3D Logic 2: Stronghold of Sage

The next generation of the famous puzzle game "3D Logic".

What do you think about the sequel?

I personally think that the GUI and game menu absolutly not fit with the game style- perhaps of the to big contrast of that chunky cube versus the fine detailed decoration elements.
Perhaps use texturized cube faces instead of plain vector rectangles.

    the game itself is nice

Yeah I agree that the medieval kind of theme doesn't suit the game one bit. Even so, the presentation is absolutely brilliant! It's a brilliant game!

Damn, one of the finest games I've ever seen. The menu thing...ah, forget it, the game is so good I didn't even notice it

The medieval stile has nothing to do with the cube because the cube is stolen
I'm pretty sure i have saw it before, this exact same cube, with those pseudo 3d pre made frames
Unless the same guy made both...

Wow very nice! I played the first one on kongregate as well, and it did extremely well. Did you make the first also?

I read about it on JiG, played about two levels, didn't read any of the text.

The style just doesn't fit at all. It really puts me off to this one.

I found out about the original (as in the game that 3D logic 1 clones) which I played and enjoyed much more than either of the 3D logics. A prime example of atmosphere done right and atmosphere done wrong.

I agree with most of these guys. It's a fantastic game. The game, but the new art doesn't add much (as beautiful as it looks) and I would bet large sums that most of the people playing it aren't going to read the story, whether the switch it off or not.

I'm 10th best at the first game. I liked the first games theme better. All in all, these are great games! The medieval theme does not suit the game, but at least it was presented well. The game play is what makes the game anyways.

    My Score:

Probably won't stay 10th for long, I'll have to try and keep getting better scores at these games in the future.

I love this game. I've never played it before. Made it to the 10th stage. Simple idea makes me wish I would've thought of it first.

People are saying that the theme doesn't fit, but I think it makes for a pleasant experience so it's all good. Definitely one of the best presentations I've ever seen for a Flash game, kudos to that.
