Looking for a developer who can create a "dress-up" game where the user has the ability to add nifty objects to an image which is fed to the flash file.

The user should have the ability to move the object to various spots on the image. Once they are finished, it should will generate a flattened image.

I have this flash maker,

it allows instant upload (by the user of the flash) of jpeg files
so that the person who is playing can make cloths in paint and upload them

Drag and drop features so that as soon as the jpeg loads it is dragable

im acctualy working on something similar, need to fix bugs,
