    suggestion

    Hi Kusco,

    I have a Question:

Is it feasibly to add for the Paint element
    a "width" and "height" property?
(Its not the same like a scale property!)
It would be able to make the work easier
    and more comfortably.
But it is not necessary ...
    Its only a suggestion.

    Cheers,

Umm .. i believe that Paint does have the .width and .height properties. And in 4.9.7.5 you can set them like a relative scale value. It works for me.

I think scale is something else.
By the scale will be resized the 'fill' as well the 'line'.
    And this is sometimes undesirable.
And that is not what I want. And this looks thus:

I will draw a Paint element, and I will exactly set the size and
    placement of it.
When I have drawn it too big, for example 115 px width, instead of 100 px,
I must resize it with the mouse. But it is not just comfortable,
because I can nowhere see the size value for it.
(Yeh yeh o.k. - as 'Length'.But when I try to resize,
the value of it, will be immediately removed)
I see indeed below 'Position' of the mouse and 'Length', but
at this moment it would be better, I could type the width value by a hand.
    This would be more comfortably.
That is - what I mean.

    I hope you understand me...

I see this tool almost always at the other software
    (ex.Flash Macromedia).
But it is not so bad. I can zoom in or do this
with a script or with 'Position' or with 'Length'.
    But I thing about comfort...

    P.S.

Or do you have hidden this anywhere at 3dfa
    and I cant see that?

And Kusco dont forget a preload movie, please !

    cheers

    No problems.

There were some minor fixes that require the release of 4.9.7.6 hopefully today or tomorrow at the latest.

Width and height have been added to the position feature.

The Flash element now called "SWF Loader" and it has been expanded with a progress script for drawing a progress bar, essentially turning it into a Preload element.

Version 4.9.7.6 has a new sample that loads an SWF with a progress bar.

It uses the new Loader element, requires no programming, and exports to Flash 8 and 9.

Let us know if it works the way you like.

    Hi Kusco,

For the first, not so bad, but ...

    1.
    Unfortunately width/height cannot be typed.
    It is only shown.

    2.
Let me know, how can I use my own loader
(I thing I know how, but not yet tested).

    3.
I have noted, the swf-movie is shown earlier,
    than the loader is finished.
    Is this normally so?

    Cheers

    One more suggestion

At the script editor I miss a
    keyboard shortcut for 'Select all'.
Ordinarily it is always 'Ctrl + A'.
And for 'Redo' it is always 'Ctrl + Y'.
    Habituation ...

    O.K.
I say nothing more, otherwise you are angry about me.
I know your priority is to complete the open-source system.
But if you have a little time ...

    regards
