    I always thought that was a bit of "tungsten blue", a darkroom technique that could be reproduced digitally?

    This process is called Sepia Tone.

    It can be done directly to the photo or you can do it in photoshop.

    sepia is brown, no? that photo has a blue shift. duotone perhaps.

    I am really surprised that no one suggested that they use Match Color. It still needs to be messed with as the watch is brighter than the book pages.

    Thank you.

    Made curves and photo filter adjustment layers. I put a lighter brown for the filter and curved a little brighter. Also, I adjusted the levels a little, unsharp mask slightly, and selected the red on the watch and brought the saturation up a little bit to offset the wash out the photo filter did. Also, I put an offset vignette closer to the top left of the image. That's it.

    Oops, forgot to mention. Just to kiss a little *** I like your work wannabe
