[MX] Transparent Flash Movie over Static HTML Page

Like a Flash ad that I've seen everywhere - how can I:

    1) Create a transparent background in MX?
    2) Load a flash movie on top of a static HTML page, so when the flash movie has ended, it will disappear off the HTML page?

    Need help, very confused!

Google up SWFObject and see what it can do. I'd suggest you embed your .swf file into HTML files with the help of SWFObject, it offers transparency too and much more.
