It's the first Flash/New Media site I had ever seen, and it blew my mind.

my favorite from the start was vir2l.com (actually got me into experimenting my art with flash, strong influence) - one of the designers from vir2l has a really great site http://www.designgraphik.com, i believe he has also worked on submethod.

there are too many to list. you should start checking out those awesome resources and find your own flavor of style.
