    [MX] .swf to .fla

    I'm working on a fairly open ended flash project for my IT class and I would like to convert a .avi file to a .swf file then from a .swf file to a .fla file so I can edit it in my trial version of Macromedia Flash MX. I've managed to convert the .avi to a .swf using DVDVideoSoft's Free Video to Flash Converter but I'm having troubles finding a freeware or shareware program that will convert the .swf to a .fla. Does anyone have any suggestions (keeping in mind that I don't want to spend any money, it's a school project :P).

    For free not likely. There are a few programs out there that will convert swf to fla but all cost something. Try a search for 'swf decompiler' and see what you get.
