    [MX]Streaming

    Hi Flash folk,

I know it's may seem that this question is not game based but it is.

    Just a small question here?
If i load a movie via loadMovie and inside the movie was some video.
    Question..
Does the movie have to completely load to run or will the movie stream.

If anybody out there could answer me the question i would thank you...

    Ivorsmallun

I believe swf files do not stream, it must be downloaded completely before it can play. However, you could use flv file instead which can be streaming.

I thought that you can not use flv files with Flash mx only mx2004.
If you can could you point me in the right direction.

    Thanks,

    Ivorsmallun...

Looks like you are right, flv was included in mx2004. Sorry about that.
