3D Virtual Tour

A client has requested that I create a virtual video tour for his web-site. I plan to use flash for this.

The tour will be similar to this:

Click on 3d view. The only difference being is that you use the mouse to look around the room, can this be done?If so how?

The link does not work. Also, why did you choose flash for 3-D? There are probably better resources to use for a virtual tour.

Hello friends, I am 24 years old and I just got married. I am planning to go to visit New York City as a honeymoon with my new life partner. We are leaving on Monday and will probably go into the city on Wednesday. We want to see the statue of liberty, ground zero, empire state building. We have a rental car but would prefer not to take it into the city. How can we get there and get around? What’s the best way to travel to tour spots in New York City? Please help with your great ideas.
