    Flash Vars Syntax

    Hi all,
    This works fine in my object tag:
    <PARAM NAME='Flashvars' VALUE='country=AL&colover=green&colsel=teal'>

    Now I want to add another value on the country part of the value so instead of country=AL it adds country=KH as well.

    I have tried with a variety of combinations but it doesnŽt seem to work-this was my latest:
    <PARAM NAME='Flashvars' VALUE='country=AL&country=KH&colover=green&colsel= teal'>

    How do I do this? Thanks (I think this is concatenation?)

    I am passing variables from coldfusion to flash to but that I think is irrelevant. I donŽt know how else to explain it other than the first post.
    I am trying to pass VARIOUS values as country.

    It works FINE with one value for country
    <PARAM NAME='Flashvars' VALUE='country=AL&colover=green&colsel=teal'>

    now want country=val1 and country=val2 and country=val3

    <PARAM NAME='Flashvars' VALUE='country=AL&colover=green&colsel=teal'>

    HTHs thanks

    Try create an array for your countries and pass the array as your country value i.e.

    If your array looks like this:
    var countries:Array = new Array();
    countries[0]="Japan";
    countries[1]="Australia";
    countries[2]="Germany";
    etc.

    Then say 'country=countries&colover...

    Thanks for the reply really appreciated!!
    Ah so if I get you then I make the array in coldfusion?
    In my real code country is actually a variable from a db that I am looping through so I would have thought that it would have worked then but it didnŽt.

    Therefore, now I am trying to hand code the vars to check and see if it works like that. IŽll try out using an array to see if that works.

    Unfortunately I donŽt have access to the .fla only the .swf:

    thanks again garion1
