    [CS3] 2D Box Physics, Help

    Hi I'm now attempting to simulate physic upon polygons such as quadrilaterals.

    Such as aligning them selfs to the surface, gravity, rotation etc.

    Starting simply how would I get a box 25x25 to align to the surface it sits upon after being dropped with gravity. In AS2.

    Also say the box got near an edge I'd like it to pivot on the edge depending how far over the edge it is.

    I suggest you just use an Flash Physics engine... there's lots of em, i.e. Flade:

    http://www.cove.org/flade/ (AS2)

    There's actually not that many for AS2, but lots for AS3, so you might want to consider changing to AS3.
