A little help debugging...

I think I'm having some issues with my site that I'm currently building using strictly AS3.

On my desktop the site runs fine online, but when I checked it on a friend's laptop it didn't load quite right... Here's the site:

The opening sequence is supposed to go as follows:

water ripple in effect
logo fades in
3 icons fade in afterwards
streaks appear

I appreciate it if you could confirm that this is how it plays out. On the laptop items appear abruptly.

That's how it plays for me. I have an average/slow broadband connection if you think that's the problem.

When you say that's how it plays, do you mean the correct way or faulty?
