I really don't understand what people are seeing different in ff3.
It uses ram, but for me, it's less than ff2, as it used to use about 200-400mb as a normal thing. The skin and toolbars, I use small icons with no labels, and I really see no difference with ff2. It's a bit faster, and it seems to me that flash doesn't freeze pages anymore.
And I'm happy to finally have more than 2 extensions installed without crashing my whole OS. I'm loving it (that's what she said).

real zooming is just huge to me.
the auto-history that comes up when typing in the url bar includes page titles.
piclens runs a lot better.
flash runs a lot better.
Plus it got the Colbert bump.

For me it's just that it is so much more stable. Most of the changes are behind the scenes, like the new rendering engine (zooming is an effect of that), new way of handling tabs and history (the location bar is an effect of that). But I don't know why I would still be using FF2 instead of FF3.
