Just caught up on two weeks of dvr. Dollhouse got good but House really stepped it up with its last two episodes. Rescue Me has some cool story-lines too.

Southland needs to back away from the documentary style of shooting. It may be fine for some shows but it makes the show look poorly produced.

Someone told me to watch Dollhouse. Anyone watch that?

Frets the docu-style is the part i enjoyed the most.
very cops meets Law and order. iv only seen the one episode, but that style really seperated it from some of the other law dramas on tv right now.
Wannabe Dollhouse is good, but the first 5-6 episodes are pretty weak. its got a good direction now so the second season next year should be solid.

Anyone else catch the finale to Breaking Bad? I thought it was one of the weaker episodes but left enough open to wonder what will go on next season. The explanation of what all the intros meant was very underwhelming. That guy is just not cutting a break.

Anyone watch the premiere of Weeds? I am sure I'll enjoy this season but I have a feeling everything is going to really fall apart soon. They open up and make more messes then they clean up each episode and I think the pile is ready to fall over.

I can't get enough of Burn Notice.
PAlexC: That's just Chuck Norris's way of saying sometimes corn needs to lay the heck down.
Gerbick: America. Stabbing suckers since Vespucci left.

I saw the most of the first season. I should go back and check it out again. I love Bruce Campbell.

Didn't actually catch the first season, I saw the whole second season as USA's build up to the new third season.

USA network still has some management kinks to work out.
They have a habit of pulling older episodes from thier site and other media providers.
I guess they really want you to buy the dvd's
Speaking of Burn notice. While generally I enjoy the show the last episode sucked. They didn't have enough of a plot to fill the timeslot so they added crap filler.
Let's tie MW up and torture him so we can add filler. Lets have him run from a fight he can win to add filler. Lets add an explosion, because an episode isn't complete without one.

he was tied up because his friend was turning him over to get into the good graces of a drug lord, He wasnt being tortured he was being smacked around for being mouthy. He ran from the fight because the other guy was bigger and had weapons.

I guess this is the right topic...
Does anyone else remember 3-South from MTV in 2002? I've been watching old tapes lately, and that show was hilarious. It's a shame it got canceled and never got a DVD release.

It's official. Weeds should have been an hour long show. Too much happening to cram into half an hour.
