flash animation - help needed

Hello all

I'm starting a big project and need a simple (yet complicated for me) animation.
I need a 3d man to open a shop door and enter the shop kind of.
The user must first choose the language and then the man will go to the door, open it and enter, and then the site appears.
Any help or tutorial is welcomed. I know a little flash but no AS.

So you just need an opening door and once the door is opened, the site should forward to that html target? What apps do you have?
