    Insert frame / FPS increase

I have an animation at 12fps and I need to increase it to 30fps BUT I need the animation to stay about the same length of time (long story).
Are there any tools that would simply insert a defined amount of frames evenly throughout the animation so as to extend the length of the movie while roughly keeping all elements in the same respective timeframe?

I hope this explanation makes sense

welcome to FK ... have a look at :: Independant Frame Rates :: and see if that helps your needs..

however if you want to increase the fps but keep the time of the animation the same ..you will have to increase the number of frames.. you might as well just change the framerate in flash and extend your timeline...
