    Believe that if you like. I would laugh my way to the bank if they tried to sue me for clicking on a link that showed something copyrighted without my knowledge.

    [That would be like accusing someone of doing something illegal because they browsed to a web-site that used a sports logo without proper permission from the trademark holder. It's not unlawful. Copyright infringement is the unlawful use of copyright material, not the accidental witnessing of.]

    And about damn time. Media professionals use the fair use doctrine all the time.
    Non corporations should have the same rights under the law to them.

    The thing that kills me is Disney. They take material from public domain so they don't have to pay for licensing rights to make movies then claim any/all content as their own.
