    Re: Flash banner ad with 2 buttons versus 1...

    Hi,

    I'm creating a Flash banner ad for a client, and the whole ad is clickable, but I'd also like to make the button grow bigger and light up when rolled over, which would mean the ad would now have 2 buttons and I've heard that some websites don't support ads with 2 buttons, is this so?

    Thanks for any help!

    You'd have to ask that site in question I suppose.. many have a list of requirements you need to abide by..such as file size, default .gif images for non-flash enabled browsers..

    sometimes you need to register the banner click by using code they provide

    clickTag();

    thanks for the info. a question: would there be a way to have a second "button" but make it as a movieclip so it's not technically a button but when the propect rolls over the "button-like" image they get visual feedback (the "button" grows larger and lights up, for example)?

    if so, how does one define the clickable area in a coded buttonlike movieclip?

    thanks!
