+ signs in URL causing bad URLS

I currently load URLs into a flash movie to use as links. This one is giving me problems:

    http://www.reuters.com/article/press...007+BW20071130

When flash displays it, it looks like this:

    http://www.reuters.com/article/press...7%20BW20071130

Giving me %20 in place of it and a dead link. Is there anyway I can transform this? When I load the page that gives me the link, there are no %20 's.

And oh my, it took forever to load 3 scrolling links into a flash movie. You have to be 100% right with everything!

    Thanks!

    Hi,

both + sign and %20 are encodings for a simple whitespace. If you really need a plus sign, you should use its encoded form %2b instead
