    [CS3] AS2 and Flash CS3 Professional

    Hi Everyone,

    Does anyone know if AS2 is not compatible with Flash CS3 Professional or Flash Player 9? And if it is not, then is there a way to convert AS2 to AS3?

    I am trying to use the fscommand exec to open .pdfs and other documents, and I have tried EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING. I tried proxy.exe by Northcode, I have bought JTools, nothing works. The only conclusion that I can draw is that AS2 is not compatible.

    Any suggestions would be great!

    Have you set your publish setting to AS2?

    Yes I have. I have also made sure my files are in the fscommand folder with the .exe and .bat files.

    I have completely run out of ideas.
