Transperancy

I have built a flash menu for my site and it works great in firefox 2, but now i am testing other explorers and having issues

The issue i am having IE is that the background of the submenus is see through and mixes with the text under it. The sub menus also go under the images i have below aswell.

I have tried looking for the word transperancy and deleting that section, but that didnt seem to work causing other issues.

The flash menu is also not working at all in Moz 3.

Does anyone know where i should be looking to fix this.

I have tried leaving the option blank, deleting it, and massive numbers positive and negaitve with no changes.....
