    I dont care who or how good you are (or arent) everybody can take some "CONSTRUCTIVE" critisism...

    it only helps you become better.. and if you can look paste some of the BS you'll surely get here.. you'll see that other focus or have opinions that you may have never even thought about. Being aware of how others think, will only do you good.

    being OPEN to the fact that someone may have a better strategy or approach will also ONLY do you good not only in your current job..but in life.

    Your going to get 'picked on' no matter what (good or bad) really this the CL.. but if you can take the REAL posts and be open to them.. your only going to get better. post 3 of the best things you think youve done in the last year.
