    newbie brush question

not really use to illustrator (got way too involved with flash) but i'm starting to use it more and more now and need advice:

i'm after a grass effect for a illustration - a bit like the grass brush you get as standard in photoshop. is there a brush set for illustrator out there? if not can some recommend an qucik(ish) way of creating grass - i'm sure drawing each by hand isnt the quickest...

    thanks

If you know how to create new brushes in Illustrator (I forgot myself), you should just copy and paste a good sample of the one in Photoshop and render it in Illustrator. Or I would suggest auto vectoring a photo with a lot of tall grass and use the best sample you see in the photo as your brush.

As for an actual pack, I do not know where I am able to get brushes for Illustrator; it has been some time.

I hope any of that advice benefits.
