[CS3] Increasing volume of imported sound

I'm having a problem with a interactive piece I'm working on. The client
wants to add a recorded narration to the piece. I have it imported and it works fine but the problem is they recorded it really quite so It's hard to hear in the swf file. Is it possible to increase the volume using actionscript? Thanks for any help.

Don't know if it's changed in AS3 but AS2 you use setVolume. But, it only goes so high.

If doing it with actionscript doesn't help, you could use the sound recorder in entertainment in accessories in program files in start. But it only works if that file is a .wav
