Looking for a Business Partner

I'm not sure if this is professional enough, but I am looking for a future business venture partner to partner up with. I have a extensive design background and some coding. I've even taken classes to learn C++ C# etc., so I know well enough about that stuff. When it comes to php/mysql I'm ok, I understand concepts but I haven't memorized codes.

You might make more of an impact in the Board Room instead of the Coffee Lounge. The Board Room - you might want to search for it - is a place where you could learn how to better attract like minded people, business concepts, and above all... how to communicate. This is the more "serious" place in the Discussion area. I'd suggest taking the time to look around.
