saving as Flash 8 or Flash CS3

Hi everyone,
I'm designing a flash website in Flash CS3 using ActionScript 3 and normally when i save the flash movie i choose the option it provides of saving as Flash 8. So what is the difference if i save as Flash CS3? is there a difference?

yes, some of the CS3 effects may go missing in Flash 8.
for example, filter effects.
