Modify external .txt (or .doc) from Dynamic text box within projector

I'd like to import the content of a text document, say myText.txt, from within my projector file (.exe). Then allow the user to modify the text and save the changes.

Best recommended strategy?

You're not going to be able to do this with Flash alone unless you're using the standalone version of Flash player 10 (just released today).
