Assistance required please..

Hello, I was wondering if somone, anyone could help me..
I am very very very new to this flash wallpapers on mobiles and need some assistance if someone can help me.
I have recived a wallpaper, on my samsung u900 soul, which was sent to me from a nokia 6300.
Now, on the wallpaper, the clock, (hours, mins, seconds) dials work as normal, the date changes as it is supposed to. however, the Reception, and Battery life dial do not move or change..
can this be amended or repaired so it works correctly?
the wallpaper is called Tacho 3.

I have attached it for those it may work for on a nokia and if it is possible can you please fix it so it works on my samsung.

Hello.. i just wanted to ask, is this just not possible to be fixed at all??
Does anyone know of any other sites or forums or places where i could enquire and someone may know how to fix?
