integrated video into my site, but controls are not showing?

hi,

i'm currently setting up a video website, and i added a demo video on the home page.

I did this by importing the movide into flash, then publishing it as an .swf and then simply dragging it into my index.html

it all works great, appart from the controlls skin not showing up at all- does anyone know why, or how I can fix this?

I think you need to upload your skin.swf to the site too. put it in the same directory as your .swf files.
