Loading a move clip with a progress bar

Hi im using action script 3 and im using the progress bar component and i want to load the entire movie with the progress bar but figured it would be simpler if i put it into a movie clip which i have done so i have 2 frames which loop and the movie clip on the 3rd and the progress bar component is located on the first and the movieclip name is simply movie.
cn someone tell me how i can get it to load the movieclip and thus show a progress bar before it moves to the next frame and plays the movieclip.
