Question Can't Make Smooth Tweens Please Help!

Hi Everyone I hope someone can find the time to help a poor guy out.

I have a mostly static stage except for a corner that plays a loop of pictures that move, zoom, and/or fade. On my mac they look find but my client is using a pc and when he views it on his computers all the pictures are jumpy as they move around and not fluid at all.

I switched from using basic tweening on the timeline to using actionscript tween class and again it looked good for me and not him. Ultimately, I tried to create the transitions in final cut pro and just import it as a .flv and it looks wavy now for him but not jumpy. I have tried changing frame rates and everything else I know.

The images are tiff but I have tried doing it with jpg versions, as well.

Is there something I missed? Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I assume this is just a resource issue. Are the images quite big or using an alpha? can you post a link?
