Can you please post more about the project at hand that you need done.
Thats kinda what this section is for.. 1 project details, find 1 developer that suits your needs.. (future work and other stuff doesnt need to be stated..if you like after this project..contact them again)
So to re-cap.. no permanent positions/jobs... as much project details as you can provide.. skills needed, project requirements or things that stand out that need mentioning (specific to AS3, backend database, php..etc)
budget for said project and you deadline.. are all tings that will help YOU land the perfect developer, as well as let the potential freelancers know ifi they want or up to the task at hand..
thanks

OK...that works. Thanks Whispers.
What I'm looking for is a flash designer who can take 5 psd files for a custom car company and turn it into a full flash site, same as what we've done at www.redcarpetnightclub.com or www.daizeshayne.com or www.billyidol.net.
Hourly pay will be between $20 and $30 per hour based on expierence and history of work.
Thanks.

Thank for the update.. can you please provide more details?
What were his responses to non-payment? is the work currently being used? (especially in commercial use?)
Did you have a contract or service agreement?
Also, have you turned him/them into a collection agency to start legal proceedings? such as phone calls.. credit reporting, and then finally law suit authorization (which will be handled by the collection agency)
Here is one you can try:

thanks
