    what is the diference between "function show()" vs "show = function()"

    what is the diference between:

    function show()
    {
    }

    versus

    show = function()
    {
    }

    I use this two methods to build a function.

    there is a difference?

    function show(); the function isn't available untill all functions have intialized
    show = function is immdiately available.

    kind of what calmchess said except the other way around.... have a look at http://board.flashkit.com/board/show...ighlight=parse for an example of what we mean
