Flash User Systems

Hello, im newish to flash, but i picked it up fast, I want to make a sort of user system like the one on www.*****.co.uk/client. only I dont need people to signin 1st, just beable to go on it. If you could help me make a login ersion I would be greatful, but for now here's all i need help with:
Windows like the navigator
Avatar maker (ill make the graphics)
and some other stuff like that

Here is what you need to do.
Establish your cred.
Create your own fla with the scripting and or graphics you want to use.
This will give the appearace you want to do your work and not have others do it for you.
Supply your fla. It should demonstrate that you have actually applied yourself.
Next apply particulars in your response.
Such as I'm having problems with this script etc.
