Actionscripter needed for banner animation UK located

Hi everyone

My actionscripter has moved onto web developing so i need to source a regular scripter for all things flash.

I am a freelance web designer & designer in general based in South UK and need a guru to make all my designs move like i want. All graphics will be provided.

The job in question is for a banner on a website that enables users to open a pallette with icons and colours on that they can then drop onto the banner and move around as they wish. Sort of a DIY arty banner thing.

Costs are v tight so need sourcing an open source pallette to modify and things like that would be good.

Please get back asap anyone who is interested and i'll forward more details.
