Definitely. I've used it for testing and occasionally to run sites that for whatever reason don't work in another browser. But, never used it full-time. Just seemed awkwardly set up to me.

It begs the question, what have you been using for the last few years?

I know. Not the popular choice. But, I can't say that I ever had any problems with it except that it used more resources than it really needed to.

The only one I can think of is a seeming bug in the text field (doesn't respond accurately to mouse). I have the "experimental updates" thing turned on. So, I could have some unstable version running.

I honestly couldn't see developing for the web, CSS Flash or otherwise without firebug and the web dev bar.

Certain just don't work in Chrome like FK's message editing tools. And now when running Gmail as an app, link pop open a blank window and fail to load a page. If I click on any favorite within that window it closes the window. Just too buggy for me atm.

I agree, its quite buggy. But something about its 'yellow and blue' theme had me hooked..

Hmm... 3.06 is actually more stable for me than 3.07 on my PC. On my Mac, 3.07 was great until I had to look at my own Flex based project... crash.

Try Safari 4 in the mean while, it's pretty good, maybe better than Chrome for everyday use?

I have been having the same problem for months now, but only when either gmail or facebook is loaded!

gmail just hangs, no matter how many times I reload I can never get into my mails without re-starting FF and Facebook, well I think FF looks at all the badly written AJAX and just thinks "F*/* it" and shuts down.

How fast are the machines that have been crashing? On my old P4 ff was crashing a lot and I've since switched to doing most all my browsing on my laptop where I haven't had a problem.
I suspect that gmail is extremely greedy.

I had a weird problem pop up in Chrome now.

When you open a new tab, it used to focus the cursor on the url bar. So, you could click the new tab button and start typing a url. Now, the focus is lost and you have to click on the url bar before typing. I wonder if it was an update... Anyone else experiencing that?

If I don't fix that soon, it's going to ruin my life.
