[RESOLVED] Is my file corrupt?

Hello! I am loading a .swf into another movie and I keep getting this:

TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
at ELC_fla::MainTimeline/frame3()

I have created a new file and tried loading the same .swf into that and I was able to do so with no problems. So my question is: could there be something else going on here? Or is my file somehow corrupt and do I need to start over with a fresh one? (I'm really hoping this isn't the case).

(And for those of you helping me with communicating to objects within other movies, I'm not even trying to do that here, so I don't know what it thinks I'm referencing).

Sorry, never mind. There was a button being referred to that was not on the stage. Took that code out and problem solved!
