Flash design help

Hello,

I'm a videographer and want to build a site similar to the template found here: http://www.bludomaintemplates.com/li...retch=1#/home/
I like the template, but the price is a bit more than I want to pay. Besides, I feel I have enough flash knowledge to build something similar using components for a lot less. I'm mainly interested in finding flash components that will give me the following:

1. calendar (so that site visitors can see what dates are available)
2. contact form
3. video player
4. client login
5. sound player that plays when the site is loaded and turns off when
the visitor goes to the video sample page

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
