    right, photoshop is great for skin modeling.

    just mind the size.

    best way is to load default templates and work with them.
    save in right file format - et voila...

    I dont think he's talking about graphics programs to make his skins, he wants program that makes skins for him if im correct anyways goto http://www.1001winampskins.com
