I want to create an online quiz where the user gets to answer 10 questions using radio buttons. Each question will have 5 different radio buttons to choose from...

I managed to create an email that sends selections of check boxes that the users clicks but i dont know how to to do this with the radio buttons...

I will upload the files for the email with the check boxes as soon as i go home..
(im at work now)

Anyway is this possible? has anyone done this?
