movie clip registration point ?

in my dynamic gallery my empty movie clips that load the images have their registration point at the top left of frame

this means that even if i have images of different sizes, I have to make them all the same size and then with white borders if necessary so that they all display in the same place

it would be better if they were centred inside the emoty movie clip and the movie clips registration point was at the centre.. is this possible ?

Hi,

I don't think it's possible; images are loaded into movieclips at 0 , 0 by default.
But there's a workaround: after the image has loaded en the (not empty anymore) movieclip appears on the stage, try to align the movieclip itself and not the image inside it.

Alternatively: try using the Loader Component.
