Full Screen Flash

I have created a site that stretches to the ends of a browser window, but I have some elements that I always want to stay a constant size. Is there just a simple code I can apply to these elements? Here is what I have:

The problem is that the logo is being resized and therefore distorted.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
